It is well-recognized that there are practical limits to the support that SCF can provide to the College of Science or to the support that OIT can provide the university. A support policy describes those limits, and outlines the responsibilities of each group.

The following items are part of a draft SCF support policy. The draft will be discussed with members of the Dean's Advisory Council (DAC) and the College of Science Computing Committee (CSCC).
